About Us

McCabe Engineering is a family run business. We have been in operation since 2012. From an early age Metal fabrication has been a part of our lives. From working in oil tank manufacturing, machinery for the quarrying industry to general steel product manufacturing and maintenance we carry a wide range of experience through many different metal working areas.

Oil tank production in particular has been part of our heritage since childhood. Usually helping the old man in the evenings and then getting to deliver the fruits of our labour on Saturdays. The company has taken many years to develop and grow. Working full time jobs and growing a business at the same time has been a challenge.

McCabe Engineering is well known for its innovation and by collaborating successfully with our customers we have been able to provide a more specialized level of services. We are continuously evolving and understand the different aspects of delivering high value steel products

Denis McCabe

Engineer

Denis has a wide range of metal manufacturing experience that include working in industries such as oil tank production, quarry machinery production and assembly, agriculture, general steel products, and one off parts production. Completing a Masters in Engineering in 2010 has enabled the company to move into the modern era.

Kevin McCabe

Engineer

Kevin started out as an apprentice electrician for 2 years. Due to the economic downturn he turned to the engineering sector for employment. After a number of years working in the fabrication and construction of structural steel, Kevin decided to further his engineering experience working in the manufacture and assembly of the well known “Combi-lift” forklift trucks.
